- CUM COMAND?
Puteți comanda utilizând contul de utilizator pe care vi-l creați pe site sau direct, fără a avea un
cont de utilizator.
Pașii pe care trebuie să îi faceți pentru a efectua o comandă sunt:
Pasul 1 – Intrați pe pagina de SHOP
Pasul 2 – Alegeți produsul dând click pe numele produsului sau pe imaginea produsului
Pasul 3 – Intrați pe pagina de produs și selectați mărimea
Pasul 4 – Apăsați butonul „Adaugă în coș”
Pasul 5 – Apăsați iconița în forma de sacoșă și vizualizați coșul de cumpărături
Pasul 6 – Dacă aveți un voucher/cod de discount veți putea completa câmpul și prin
apăsarea butonului „Aplică” coșul de cumpărături se actualizează cu discount-ul oferit
Pasul 7 – Apăsați butonul „Finalizează cumpărăturile”
Pasul 8 – Dacă nu sunteți conectat prin contul de utilizator, atunci 3 formulare vor apărea:
Formularul 1 – Pentru client existent: formularul cu username și parolă
Formularul 2 – Pentru un client nou: opțiunea dvs. de a crea un cont de utilizator
Formularul 3 – Dacă nu doriți ca datele să fie stocate, vă puteți conecta ca vizitator
Finalizând procesul de check-out și plasând o comandă făcând click pe butonul „Plasați comanda”
din pagina de check-out, vă dați consimțământul de a cumpăra produsele plasate în
coșul de cumpărături.
Pasul 9 – După completarea unuia dintre cele 3 formulare veți intra pe pagina de „Finalizează Comanda”
unde veți completa informațiile necesare și selectați informațiile de plată.
Pasul 10 – După ce alegeți metoda de plată preferată, veți primi o comandă
e-mail de confirmare.
2.MONITORIZAREA COMENZII
După plasarea unei comenzi, veți primi un e-mail care conține toate detaliile achiziției dvs.
De asemenea, putem păstra legătura dacă avem nevoie de informații suplimentare pentru a vă verifica plata.
Odată ce comanda dvs. este confirmată, www.elidatoma.com va efectua expedierea către curier pentru a vă livra
produsele cumpărate.
Vă vom ține la curent cu informații de urmărire și o dată estimată de sosire. De asemenea, puteți
urmări evoluția comenzii din contul dvs. www.elidatoma.com la „Comenzile
mele”.
Deși ne propunem să livrăm întotdeauna în termenele specificate, nu suntem responsabili pentru
întârzieri din cauza vămuirii sau a aprobării de plată nereușite.
3.PRODUSE CUSTOMIZATE

Produsele personalizate nu pot fi returnate decât daca sunt neconforme.
4.LIVRARE ȘI TRANSPORT
www.elidatoma.com livrează produsele numai după încasarea integrală a prețului
(confirmarea comenzii).
Comenzile vor fi livrate oriunde pe teritoriul României (prin serviciul de curierat angajat de
www.elidatoma.com) and outside Romania, where it will be delivered according to the

The goods are shipped in the order in which the orders were received, until the stock is
exhausted. In case of a large number of orders, or if by mistake, the stock has been exhausted
but the information has not been uploaded on the website and we cannot deliver the goods,
we will immediately inform you and refund you in full the amount paid, using the payment
method used by you.
The estimated delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation.
Delivery time – in ROMANIA
Delivery is made through the Fan Courier provider and the delivery time is 1-3 days after the
order confirmation.
During public holidays, Black Friday event, as well as throughout other company campaigns,
processing an order as well as delivering it can depend on the courier’s load.
Delivery time – outside Romania’s borders
Delivery is made only by UPS courier.
Delivery of UPS STANDARD: delivery time in 5-8 business days;
Delivery of UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Worldwide (except Romania): delivery in 2-4 business
days.
Please note that our shipping times should only be used as a reference and are based on the
time of dispatch. www.elidatoma.com cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays
or unsuccessful payment approval, although we will try to minimize any delays.
5.CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs duties may apply to products delivered outside the borders of the European Union.
Customs duties are not included in the price and are not subject to www.elidatoma.com
obligation. In order to be able to pick up/receive the package you may be required to pay the
customs duties calculated under the applicable legislation in the country of destination.
As the recipient of the order, instead, you must pay these taxes and taxes to free the order
from customs. As we cannot inform you of the exact amount, we recommend that you contact
your local customs office or tax authority before making an order.
www.elidatoma.com does not collect sales or use tax in all states. www.elidatoma.com does
not collect use tax for international purchases. For states imposing sales or use tax, your
purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Many states
require customers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable
purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. For more details, please
contact your respective taxing authorities.
Please note that if you return an item, the taxes and import duties will be refunded to you if
they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be
responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
