- How do I return an item? Contact us to get the return process started.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, unworn, undamaged, with all accessories and labels attached, including the Ellida Toma seal, cardboard label, brand label, composition label, and original packaging. All original boxes and dust bags must be returned in an outer protective box for transport.
