- How do I return an item? Contact us to get the return process started.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, unworn, undamaged, with all accessories and labels attached, including the Ellida Toma seal, cardboard label, brand label, composition label, and original packaging. All original boxes and dust bags must be returned in an outer protective box for transport.

- How will I receive my refund? Once the returned products are accepted, your refund will be completed using the initial payment method. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way. You can track the return of your package with your carrier using the Return Label tracking number, or you can check the status in My Account, “Orders and Returns”.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., panties, swimwear). Custom-made products are also non-returnable unless they are non-compliant.
- What if I want a different size? If you want the same product but you only want to change the size, you need to return the received product and make a new order.
